NFPA 70E
Duration: 8 hr Course*
ESCO’s Electrical Safety Training Program was developed in-house to train our electricians to the latest NFPA 70E standards and has since expanded to serve customers and industry partners. In this course, participants will gain a broad understanding of electrical safety principles, hazard awareness, and best practices for working safely around energized equipment.

Employees will learn how to safely interact with electrical equipment. Learn what Arc Flash labels mean. Learn what PPE to use and when to use it to go home safe. Multimeter selection and precautions will be covered as well as insulated tools.

NFPA 70B
Duration: 2 hr Course
ESCO’s Electrical Maintenance Training provides an overview of the requirements and best practices outlined in NFPA 70B. In this course, participants will gain a broad understanding of electrical equipment maintenance, including key concepts for developing and improving effective maintenance programs.

Jason Wolf
Safety Training Manager
Jason Wolf is the lead for Electrical Safety Training at ESCO Power and Safety Solutions in Marion, Iowa. He specializes in delivering engaging, practical training for construction and manufacturing environments, with a focus on electrical safety and NFPA 70E compliance.
Jason is known for combining real-world experience with clear, actionable instruction, helping teams build safer job sites and strengthen their safety culture. His training style incorporates practical insights, industry best practices, and an approachable delivery that resonates with a wide range of audiences.
In addition to his training role, Jason serves on the NFPA 70E Technical Committee and participates in the American Society of Safety Professionals, contributing to the development and advancement of industry safety standards.

Brent Mollenhauer
Senior Safety Trainer
Brent Mollenhauer began his career in safety during his service in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Sergeant (E-5) and worked as a Field Wireman. This experience built a strong foundation in responsibility, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
After earning his degree from Iowa State University, Brent spent five years as a contractor safety specialist in an industrial food production environment, ensuring compliance and maintaining safe working conditions.
Brent joined ESCO Group in 2015 as the internal safety director, supporting electricians in the field. In 2017, he transitioned into a training role with ESCO’s safety training group, delivering NFPA 70E and OSHA standards training to clients across the United States. He has since taught over 900 training sessions, known for creating engaging, interactive learning experiences that combine practical application with an approachable and energetic delivery style.
